Eco Designer of The Future 2015

Eco Designer of The Future 2015

Charlie Bradley Ross Thursday, 5 March 2015

From hundreds of designers we've narrowed our Eco Designer of The Future 2015 to six amazing finalists. It's now in your hands to vote for your favourite designer and the WINNER of this year's competition!

The finalists have submitted one design and up to 200 words outlining their student project and what eco fabrics from www.OffsetWarehouse.com they would use to create it. It's now up to you to decide who should be the winner.

To vote for who you'd like to win, simply head to the Eco Designer of The Future - VOTING Facebook album and "like" the photo of your favourite design. The designer with the most likes will win. The winner will receive £100 of fabrics from Offset Warehouse to use for their collection and 20% off all of their fabrics for an entire year!

Voting ends on Sunday 8th March 2015 at 8pm. Please note, likes on shared photos will NOT be counted - they must be on this album specifically.

Whatever the outcome, these six designers have already bagged themselves 10% off their fabric purchases for the next year. Now it's down to one lucky designer who will bag the grand prize of £100 and 20% off their fabric orders for the next year...

Happy voting and Good Luck Designers!

The Background

At Offset Warehouse we know how important students are in changing the future of the fashion, textile and interior industries for the better. Swathes of students are leading the way in groundbreaking ethical and sustainable design. But, we also know trying to be eco isn't always easy. That's why we wanted to lend a helping hand and offer some financial help to a selection of graduating students who put ethics at the forefront of their work.

We wanted to find the best of the best, so launched the public competition: The Eco Designer Of The Future Award.

STEP ONE

Designers had to submit to us one yes, just one design that used primarily Offset Warehouse fabrics and a maximum of 200 words outlining the project and what fabrics were chosen.

STEP TWO

We narrowed down a shortlist of our favourite designers.

STEP THREE

The shortlist is put to a public vote via Facebook to find our number one!
